Delivery Information + Returns

For all destinations outside of the EU, Switzerland included, customers may face import and duty taxes. These vary from country to country and B KREB jewelry has no control over them. In the event that you need to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.

As most of the products sold on B KREB jewelry are hand made to order, all made in Germany, please check if any charges may incur. If you are still unsure please mail@bkreb.com to ask for help.

For all Domestic, EU and Rest Of The World destinations, we use a variety of courier services inluding DHL, FEDEX and UPS as our carrier, which is a trackable service to your door.

Of course we try our best to fulfill your order as quick as possible.
As all products available are crafted upon order, delivery timescales will vary, depending on the level of orders received at the time of your order.
You will be informed about the production status and an approximate delivery time after you ordered.
As an average delivery time takes approximately 2 weeks.

We are sorry to hear about a return. To return an item please download the cancellation form from the link below. Before including it to your return, we kindly ask you to fill in the required details. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition, to the address below.
Returns are unfortunately not free of charge. Costs for returning the item(s) lay on the customer's side. Please get in touch with us first anyways to announce your return. When sending the item(s) back to us, please make sure the parcel is sufficiently insured, according to the jewels value and has a tracking number.
